Why my glasses

I am Brightness sensitive. They look like normal glasses but are different. In the case of glasses with a blue light filter, the lenses are coated in such a way that the eyes are protected from the harmful, short-wave blue components in the light spectrum. They usually have a five to seven percent yellow tint and are available with or without prescription. Without them i have always Headache because it's too Bright
