He travel back in time to kill him as a kid but the flash Was also there and save his younger self, the reverse flash killed the mother of the flash so that he was so done with his life that he will never become the flash so that he can be the flash. But he can't go back in his time, He didn't had enough speed left so he had to create the flash, his enemy, so that he can back in his time. He wait and Plan everything 15 years, He now know the Name of the flash and he killed Harrison wells and take his body and act like him, He did the Particle accelerator Explosion so that the flash will be the flash, He act like a good friend, He trenated him, He need the flash speed so he can back to his time. Yeah but then Team flash found out that Harrison wells, they friend is not him. This was all the time eobard and the man who killed Flash mother, they fight but the flash Was not fast enough. So and there is a dude eddie thawne He is a old old old grandpa from eobard thawne, And eddie killed himself so that eobard get never born in the future. Yeah but eobard thawne is not long dead. With his speed and the speedfoce he create he was in there. The speedfoce is in no time and no place. But it is there. And so i come back. And he got killed and come back again because the flash change the time line and he died again but eobard thawne comes always back he is so smart he always had a plan for everything..
