Well They friendship turns into something like a relationship. This was everything to elio, his first real love, He was complicated head over hells,he is okay and open with be gay. But for Oliver it was just a summer fun thing, He really liked elio but he can't accept that he is gay, so it was just a good experience. Later after Oliver leave, And they call he tell elio he is now engaged. He had since hear a on off relationship with a girl, but didn't tell him. Even after year elio can't get over it, and Oliver has his wife, still thinks sometimes about elio but just in a attraktive sexual way, not that love like elio. It's a great book, so deep, complicated, complex, aesthetic, sad, romantic and Poetic.

And i really love how this book is everything. It's Poetic, romantic, sad, complicated and so deep. The vibe and aesthetic it's wonderful. They relationship is the perfect explain for the poem 'you was a wonderful experience.. You was everything'. That for one person it was a good cool thing, but for the other is was everything he ever needed and wanted.
